1. INTRODUCTION

Thanks for choosing FlixProTV.com (“Flix Pro”, “IPTV”, “Player“, “we,” “us,” “our”). FlixProTV.com provides an advanced IPTV player mobile application for Android and iOS platforms, allowing you to play your own content — including photos, videos, and streams.

By signing up for or otherwise using the Flix Pro Player mobile application, website(s), and user interfaces (collectively, “Flix Pro Player” or the “Application”) — whether made available through our website, Play Store, App Store, or any other channel — you acknowledge that you have entered into a binding agreement with FlixProTV.com.

Your agreement with us includes these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and any additional terms referenced herein (collectively, the “Agreements”). These Agreements govern your use of the Application and include important terms regarding your rights and obligations, such as disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution by arbitration, and privacy considerations.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Flix Pro Player is the sole property of FlixProTV.com. All intellectual property rights — including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, logos, source code, and proprietary design elements — are exclusively owned by FlixProTV.com or its licensors.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Flix Pro Player solely to play your own personal or legally obtained content. This license does not grant you ownership or any right to modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the Application.

All trademarks, trade names, domain names, logos, and brand features of FlixProTV.com remain our exclusive property. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

3. USER-GENERATED CONTENT

Flix Pro Player does not provide or host any TV channels, video content, or streaming media.
The Application serves solely as a media player that enables you to upload, manage, and stream your own legally obtained media.

You are entirely responsible for any content you upload, stream, or display through the Application. You must ensure that your content:

• Does not infringe upon any third-party rights (including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights).

• Does not contain illegal, obscene, or harmful materials.

• Complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove content that violates these Terms or to suspend access for users who misuse the Application.

4. PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to:

• Use the Application for unlawful or infringing purposes.

• Resell, rent, or sublicense the Application or any of its parts.

• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or functionality of the Application.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network connected to FlixProTV.com.

• Use automated systems or scripts to extract data from the Application.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlixProTV.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Application.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties, express or implied.
We make no guarantees that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.

6. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Flix Pro Player at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Application immediately ceases, and any licenses granted under these Terms will be revoked.

7. PRIVACY

By using the Flix Pro Player, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES

Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to the third party’s own terms and policies.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlixProTV.com, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Application;

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English and administered by a recognized arbitration body.
You waive the right to participate in any class-action proceedings.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, technology, or legal requirements. When we make significant updates, we will post the new Terms on our website and update the “Effective Date” above.
