This policy outlines our no-refund, no-cancellation, and service disclosure terms to ensure clarity and prevent misunderstandings.

2. RESELLER & SERVICE DISCLAIMER

FlixProTV.com is an independent reseller and installer of the Flix Pro Media Player application.

We are not the developers or owners of the Flix Pro Media Player, nor do we host, provide, or distribute any IPTV or streaming content.

Our role is limited to:

• Assisting customers in installing and activating the Flix Pro Media Player on their Fire TV Stick or compatible streaming device.

• Providing technical setup, configuration, and support for the app installation.

• Offering a 12-month software access and maintenance service for the Flix Pro Media Player application only.

❗ Important Clarification

Your purchase or subscription from FlixProTV.com is only for access to and installation of the Flix Pro Media Player.
It does not include, offer, or imply access to IPTV channels, streaming content, media subscriptions, or copyrighted material.

Any content streamed through the Flix Pro Player is entirely user-provided or externally sourced, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that all content accessed through the app is legally obtained.

3. NO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS

All sales made through FlixProTV.com are final.
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are permitted once a purchase or installation has been completed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• App installations or device setups performed by our team.

• Activation or renewal of a 12-month Flix Pro Media Player subscription.

• Purchases of software, configurations, or setup services.

We do not provide partial refunds for unused time, early cancellations, or user errors.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. SUBSCRIPTION TERM

Each 12-month plan offered by FlixProTV.com grants you access to the Flix Pro Media Player application and associated setup support for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months from the activation date.

After this term, renewal is required to continue using the Flix Pro Media Player under our maintenance and service plan.

If you choose not to renew, your access to the managed app service may expire, though you may still use any independently obtained copy of the app per its developer’s terms.

5. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Our team provides technical support strictly related to the installation and activation of the Flix Pro Media Player.
We do not offer assistance, troubleshooting, or recommendations for third-party IPTV providers, content sources, or media streams.

Support inquiries should be directed to support@flixprotv.com with your order details and device information.

6. FRAUDULENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

We actively monitor and dispute any unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals made after a completed installation or digital delivery.
Purchasing from FlixProTV.com constitutes agreement to these terms and acknowledgment of the no-refund nature of our service.

Unauthorized disputes may result in suspension of your account and reporting to relevant payment processors for fraud prevention.

7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing installation and activation services for the Flix Pro Media Player, not IPTV content.

• You understand that FlixProTV.com does not sell, provide, or distribute streaming content.

• You have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Service Disclosure Policy in full before completing your transaction.
